Blended Learning Project
This project incorporates blended learning to a content based language course LC319 Chinese through intercultural communication. The course blog includes 9 modules of intercultural topics. It is funded by Blended Learning fellowship.
Digital Chinese
It includes 7 modules on topics related to China at the Internet Age.
It provides authentic news stories and other media materials for language learning.
Authentic Chinese video database and exercises
It includes 80 video clips selected from the TV and interactive embedded video quizzes These videos supplement lower level Chinese language classes and provides students with conversations between Chinese native speakers that contain vocabulary and functions appropriate for beginning and intermediate level Chinese learners.
XR-enhanced Intercultural Learning
The ongoing project aims at integrating XR technology to create immersive language and cultural learning opportunities for Chinese learners.
